Bella (aka Dotty) is doing great. She is a great companion dog and has done really well in training. In fact, we are starting her in WAGS for Hope (where kids read to dogs to improve their literacy) next week. People always stop us on the street to tell us how beautiful she is. She is super-friendly and gets very excited to meet both people and animals but calms down quickly.

My husband and I bought Tucker in 2009. We have been living in the mountains in Colorado with our first child/dog since. Tucker is amazing, we couldn't be any happier with him! He shares our enthusiasm with snow as well as our love for frisbee golf. He is the biggest lover, and his favorite trick is giving a big hug. He gets along great with other dogs and people. Stan and Irene here...Daisy was born last august 28th,2012 and just celebrated her first birthday...when we brought her home in late October she promptly became "Sophie". She is the sweetest thing ever. She immediately became the youngest child of the family. Like I said, Sophie has an incredibly sweet disposition, is great with kids(well, you do have to introduce her slowly because she is so happy she can knock them down!) but she doesn't have a mean bone in her body. Be careful because you will find that Berners think they are lap dogs...lol...but they love attention and want to be part of the family. She also house trained very quickly. We have bells on the door and whenever she wants out she just goes and rings the bells. She learned that in no time. Health-wise, she has been sturdy as a rock. We had her spayed in May and also had her stomach stapled(Berners have a tendency to have their stomachs twist and it is a good preventive measure). As you guys know, you have to watch their diets as they have sensitive stomachs. But she is a happy, healthy girl....we love the daylights out of her, and would actually like to adopt another as a playmate for Sophie. I found Dreamy Mountain on the internet and just took a chance. But when I met Matt and Brooke, I knew that I had made the right decision. They were honest, down to earth, and you could tell that they loved all their dogs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Bernese.
